Conference participation requires registration from researchers, students, and professionals—whether or not they have submitted or had an abstract accepted.

Registration fee

Registration fees vary across different categories to promote inclusivity and accessibility for all attendees. Reduced rates are availbale for Early Career Scientists* (ECS) and local participants. Furthermore, registration fee waivers are available for participants from Financially Disadvantaged Countries**. For online participantion, fees will be waived completely. For in-person participation, fees will be charged at the same reduced rate as for local participants.

Travel Support

For participants from Financially Disadvantaged countries, especially ECS, we offer a limited number of travel support grants. If you wish to apply for this grant, please send the following documents to the organisers of the confernece at the same time as you submit your abstract:

2-page CV
Short motivation statement (500-700 words)
Break-down of your proposed travel budget (including screenshots)
