Presentation Guidelines

We want to give presenters the possibility to delve into their topic in depth and to engage in a frutiful discussion with their colleauges. To this end, please be sure to follow the presentation guidelines below. 

Each presentation slot is 20 minutes long, consisting of 10-15 minutes of presentation, followed by a 5-10 minute Q&A. How much of their time slot ought to be devoted to the Q&A is up to the presenter to decide. 

We encourage people to prepare visual supports for their presentations, though these are not obligatory if you want to engage in a different (creative) medium of presenting. 

Presentation files should be:

• PPTX or PDF format
• smaller than 250 MB 
• submitted at least 24 hours in advance of the presentation slot via an upload link that will be sent at the time of abstract acceptance 
• named in the following format "LAST NAME_SESSION NUMBER_DATE"
